Freaks i New Yorks retssystem

Undervaluing and overvaluing property is a longstanding practice in New York real estate. The forms submitted by the Trump organization cautioned the banks to do their own estimates and the loans were paid in full and on time. Yet, the New York law used by James is a curiosity because it does not actually require a victim. Indeed, everyone can make ample profits and still allow for an investigation into “repeated fraudulent or illegal acts.”

Having campaigned on bagging Trump on any basis, James turned the law into a virtual license to hunt him down along with his family and his associates.

Engoron proved the perfect judge for the case. The opinion itself seems almost cathartic for the jurist who struggled with Trump inside and outside of court. In the judgment, Engoron fulfilled Oscar Wilde’s rule that the only way to be rid of temptation is to yield to it. He ordered everything short of throwing Trump into a wood chipper.

The size of the damages is grotesque and should shock the conscience of any judge on appeal. Even if the Democrat-appointed judges on the New York Court of Appeals were to ignore the obvious inequity and unfairness, the United States Supreme Court could intervene.

State courts tend to get a significant amount of deference in the interpretation of their own laws. After all, if New York wants to turn Wall Street into a remake of “The Hunger Games,” it has only itself to blame as other businesses flee the state.

The impact on New York business is likely to be dire. New York is already viewed as a hostile business environment, with the top end of its tax base literally heading south as taxes and crime rises. This draconian award is only going to deepen concerns over the arbitrary application of the law by figures like James, who previously sought to disband the National Rifle Association. (She has shown less interest in cracking down on liberal organizations like Black Lives Matter or the National Action Network of Al Sharpton despite their own major financial scandals.)

“That fact that he was found guilty, you might as well find guilty every real estate developer on Earth,” sagde Kevin O’Leary til New York Post og forklarede, hvorledes en almindelig bankforretning fungerer

“If this judgment sticks. Every developer must be jailed. They must be found guilty. They must be put out of business. You can’t do this to one another. It’s not about Trump.”

“Gov. Hochul just assured businesses that there is “nothing to worry about” after the $355 million public execution of the Trump Corp.” skrev Jonathan Turley og således stilfærdigt påpegede han, at dommeren over Trump kun gælder for Trump og således ikke er et retsprincip.

Mar-a-Lago means “sea-to-lake” in Spanish,[7] referring to the fact that the resort extends the entire width of Palm Beach, from the Atlantic Ocean to Lake Worth Lagoon, which forms part of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway.” kan man læse på Wikipedia

A 2-acre plot of land filled with trees and situated 5 minutes away from Mar-a-Lago is on the market for $150 million.

Also nearby: a 2.3-acre plot of land at 1063/1071 N. Ocean Blvd., on the market for a sky-high $200 million.

Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate boasts 20 acres.

Forbes had appraised the property, boasting 128 rooms, at approximately $160 million in 2018 following extensive renovations and its exclusive Palm Beach location on Billionaires’ Row. The property includes a 20,000-square-foot ballroom, five clay tennis courts and a sprawling waterfront pool.

Trump purchased the 20-acre estate back in 1985 for $10 million.Godt set Donald.

America is in uncharted territory. We are angrier and more deeply divided than we’ve ever been at any point in our history since the civil war. And at the eye of the storm is Danald Trump, ripping families apart, threatening women’s most basic rights.

I’m running for attorney general because I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are at stake. From the muslim ban, to efforts to deport immigrants, to denying transgender students the ability to choose whatever bathroom they want. Rolling back regulation to protect our planet, colluding with foreign powers, putting profits over people and dividing us in ways we haven’t seen in generations.

I believe that this president is incompetent. I believe that this president is ill-equipped to serve in the highest office of this land. And I believe that he is an embarrassment to all that we stand for. He should be charged with obstructing of justice.

I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses and we would join with law enforcement and other attorney generals across the nation in removing this president from office.

In addition to that, the office of the attorney general will continue to follow the money because we believe he’s engaged in a pattern and practice of money laundering. Laundering the money from foreign governments here in New York State and particularly related to his real estate holdings.

It’s important to understand that the days of Danald Trump is coming to an end but we can only do it if all of you exercise the most fundamental right. A right wich is basic to democracy. And that is the right to vote.

with the country at war with itself, you may be wondering what you could possibly do to change it. The answer is simple: EVERYTHING. And it start with electing an attorney general who will never back down when Trump or anyone else threatens our rights. So I hope that you will join me and vote on Thursday september 13th in quiet dignity and defiance.

I promise you I will get Trump.’ “Letitia James, the new public advocate, portrayed New York as a heartless place with a “Dickensian” justice system, where the only person who cares about the homeless and hungry is, apparently, Letitia James.skrev George Packer for The New Yorker i 2014. Det er altid de gode, der er fascistoide freaks.

Trump sad og twee.. sendte sandheder inde fra domhuset og gav bagefter sin uforbeholdne mening.

Der er andre huse man kunne vurdere, som Bidens hus i Wilmington, Delaware, herunder, hvor Hunter ofte boede

Man kan undre sig over, hvorledes offentligt ansatte har råd til det

CHINA WIRES LIST JOE’S HOME AS BENEFICIARY ADDRESS  A few months after Joe Biden announced his candidacy in 2019, information available to the Committee shows Hunter Biden received two wires from China for $250,000 and $10,000, including from Jonathan Li. More alarming, the wires have Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, DE as the beneficiary address. Weeks after those payments were made, Hunter’s lawyer George Mesires said Hunter Biden served with BHR “only as a member of its board of directors,” which was purportedly an “unpaid position.” Here is the breakdown of events. 2009-2017: During his time as Vice President and prior to later payments to Hunter Biden, evidence shows Joe Biden developed a familiar relationship with Jonathan Li. Devon Archer, a Biden business associate, described how Joe Biden met with Jonathan Li for coffee in Beijing, China, had a phone call with him, and wrote college recommendation letters for his children. April 25, 2019: Joe Biden announced his candidacy in the 2020 presidential election. July 26, 2019: Wang Xin wired $10,000 with Joe Biden’s home listed on the wire. August 2, 2019: Jonathan Li wired $250,000 with Joe Biden’s home listed on the wire. October 13, 2019: George Mesires, who served as Hunter Biden’s lawyer, stated, in part, that Hunter Biden served with BHR “only as a member of its board of directors,” which was purportedly an “unpaid position.” October 22, 2020: During a presidential debate, Joe Biden said, “My son has not made money […] in China.” It has your address on the wires, sir…
